CREATOURS PROJECT
CREATOURS – Creative Agritourism for Entrepreneurs – is a European project with participants from Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Poland and Spain.
The Purpose of CREATOURS project is to use creativity and arts to nurture creative problem-solving, aid the development of horizontal skills, promote employability and provide an alternative and sustainable solution to the direct loss of millions of jobs and employment opportunities in the tourism sector, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The project plans to tackle the high rates of rural abandonment and unemployment associated with traditional activities and an aging population by investigating the ways in which creativity can be used to improve outside the box thinking in a post-pandemic agritourism context, fostering the development of fresh ideas, skills and competencies.
